Kentucky Incorporations Corporate Forms

Kentucky Incorporations Corporate Forms

If you are considering incorporating you need to incorporate in the proper form.  Whether or not a Subchapter S incorporation is right for you or whether a Limited Liability corporation should be formed is a decision for an accountant or an attorney to make so that you pay the least possible tax and so that you will be able to finance and grow as an incorporation.  You need proper advice so that you will pay the least possible tax, so that you are able to grow and limit your liability.  These are not decisions for just an attorney to make or just your accountant to make.  You may need someone that is properly qualified as both an accountant and as an attorney to give both opinions.   You could hire an accountant and an attorney but why not hire someone that is trained and that understands both areas.  Especially if you can get it done quickly and properly for less than the cost of doing it wrong by yourself.

Incorporation forms can be downloaded directly from the Secretary of State.  However there are still many errors you can make if you don't know how to do it properly.  Incorporating in the wrong form may cost you dearly later.   We can prepare and process your Kentucky incorporation.  We send the articles bylaws and the  incorporations documents to you for your signature and reserve your corporate name and web domain.  This is an important decision.  If you do incorporate use a qualified attorney to do it.
