Our Bankruptcy Mission is to help our clients out of financial trouble into a position of being able to thrive on a budget and grow financially.  It isn't enough to just file a bankruptcy and continue to do the same things that give the same results.  We seek to help them go from debt ridden to living on a budget that supplies their needs cleaning their credit file and home ownership that isn't in a high interest predatory loan.  We don't just file a bankruptcy.  We seek alternatives to bankruptcy and foreclosures. 

Our Divorce mission is to make the divorce process a quick and easy process.  If there are no issues to argue and a fair marriage settlement has already been agreed to the divorce process should be less expensive. Every Divorce case requires that no issue is overlooked. 

	Nick Thompson has been an Assistant County Attorney and an Assistant Attorney General assigned to the Tax Department.
	We are members of NACBA National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and my wife is the treasurer for the Mortgage Bankers Association working to place low to middle income families in programs for affordable home ownership.
	Our law firm has been on National Public radio as well as other radio shows and has consistently been interviewed by the Courier Journal.
