This form assumes that you are the client and you are requesting us to be your attorney.  The Client and person that files the divorce is the Petitioner.  The client is the person that hires us and who we represent.  The Spouse and Respondent is the person being sued for a divorce.   When completed it will send the information to us by email so that we can produce a divorce from the data.  Every County may have additional or slightly different forms.
