Kentucky Personal Injury Autos Insurance Adjusters

Many personal injury insurance adjusters were former law school students that are trained by the insurance companies and recruited out of law school.  Personal injury insurance adjusters are very well paid to deny coverage and to pay you as little as possible.  It is the insurance adjusters job to pay your personal injury insurance claim as cheaply as possible.  You are working with a person that is an expert in denying that they owe you anything at all and paying as little as possible on your personal injury claim. By the time some insurance adjusters are through you may believe that you owe them for bleeding on their car.

Insurance Adjusters are paid bonuses and commissions by how quickly they settle personal injury claims, how many personal injury claims they settle and for settling them at discounts. In 1995 it cost an insurance company over 500 dollars just to start a personal injury insurance claim.  The average insurance adjuster may settle between 100 and 150 personal injury insurance claims in a month.  That is between 5 and  8  personal injury insurance cases per day. Adjusters know exactly what the average personal injury case like yours is worth. He normally has a computer database of what is paid on insurance claims like yours in your area.  He won't tell you what your personal injury case is worth and no two personal injury cases are ever exactly the same.  He is trying to pay you the same or similarly to what someone else got on their personal injury case.  He is also trying to pay you a little less.  Until you show him that your personal injury case is different and that you should be paid more he won't offer more.

If you are prepared, if you have all the evidence to prove your insurance case you wont have a problem either working with your personal injury attorney or putting together your own personal injury claim.  However if you aren't prepared it will show.  The personal injury adjuster will spot that you are not prepared that you don't know what you are doing and he will offer you a lot less for your personal injury claim.  He will only give you a few minutes of his time he has all the other personal injury cases that have to be settled and if you frustrate him by wasting his time you may lose it all.

Dishonesty, threats, and abusive language, won't settle your personal injury case.  Using a prepared lawyer who makes the insurance adjuster a firm but fair offer gets the job done.   You should never handle a personal injury insurance case yourself.
